Our Residence

The residence is located in the municipality of Terme Vigliatore (Messina) on the north-eastern coast of Sicily, within the beautiful gulf between Milazzo and Tindari. 

The structure is situated next to the beach with a breath-taking view of the Aeolian Islands to the north, and to the south, the Nebrodi Mountains and Etna Volcano.
Well cared for and family run, it consists of 5 single villas which each house 3 beautiful apartments, all completely independent.
The apartments combine elegance, taste and love for details with modern comfort, each apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an outdoor shower.
In the three-room apartments there is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
Inside the complex there is a shared laundry room with washing machine and barbecues.
Each apartment has a free parking space within the structure.
Each apartment has large private outdoor spaces, from which you can almost always enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and the famous Aeolian Islands.
On clear days you can see Mount Etna beyond the Nebrodi Mountains.
The area outside the villas (about 1700 m2) located practically on the beach has a shared swimming pool (5×10) open approx. from Easter to mid-November, terrace and furnished gazebo.
Access to the swimming pool and the deck chairs around the pool are free and allow total relaxation in a unique and unforgettable setting
From the gazebo in the evening with a nice glass of Sicilian wine in front of the sunset over the sea you will feel in paradise, from here on clear and starry nights you can identify Stromboli with its "sciara del fuoco“.
Those who want an even more direct contact with nature can take long walks on the beach and unforgettable swims.
We recommend that you take the first swim of the day early in the morning in perfect solitude.
Completely fenced, it is an ideal place for families but also for those who want the sea at their doorstep.
